The room décor had a unique charm. Breakfast in bed was a nice touch. A bit noisy in the mornings due to breakfast service. Wifi connection could be better. Fun to rent bicycles nearby for exploring.

there is around 15mins walk from the train station to the hotel, it is a bit tough for people who with luggages and during the very hot weather.

We had a good welcome; very efficient. The hotel was cool; it was really a chic well designed room in an ideal location. Making the maximum use of space and very good for our needs. Nice breakfast and a very friendly service. Not suitable for people who want great luxury or lots of space.

We greatly enjoyed tastefully decorated and high quality rooms and great food.
We had an extra special time. Everything was very good, good service, stunning location close to the river, Ponte Vecchio and Uffizi, and Santa Maria Novella church. We had delicious breakfast. The check-in was early and the atmosphere was individual overall.
